Kaitlyn is the Office Manager of Dallas Neurocare Therapy, where she supports the Clinic’s day-to-day operations by assisting in a flexible and proactive manner. Kaitlyn coordinates all aspects of the administrative management team and office personnel, and also effectively communicates with patients, providers, health insurance representatives, and other healthcare professionals.


Kaitlyn also assists with our specialty treatments, TMS and Spravato, which are treatments used for Treatment Resistant Depression. Kaitlyn has been with us for several years now and continues to learn and find creative solutions to solve various administrative problems which can arise in healthcare. Kaitlyn’s goal, of handling the business aspects of psychiatry, is to always maximize the provider’s time, decrease patient wait time, and enhance patient care. In her spare time Kaitlyn enjoys exercising in a variety of different settings and spending time with her family and friends.
