Louis E. Costello, M.D. is board certified in Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatry and has been in practice in the Dallas/Fort Worth, North Texas area since 1996. He has been practicing in his current location in Highland Village, Texas since 2012. Dr. Costello trained at University of Texas Southwestern in Psychiatry, and he is a Fellow in the American Psychiatric Association. He is recognized for his continued dedication to excellence in clinical care and makes every effort to use the most up-to-date psychiatric assessment, medication management and treatment strategies which are conservative, compassionate, and research-based.

Dr. Costello was the first TMS clinical provider in the state of Texas and in the Dallas/Fort Worth area to use FDA-approved TMS treatment for Major Depressive Disorder. Because of Dr. Costello’s mission to provide the highest quality medical care to his patients, he endeavors to create a professional and calming environment at Dallas Neurocare Therapy resulting in the most comprehensive and individualized psychiatric care which includes the following: evaluations, referrals to other medical and psychological caregivers, individual therapy and parent and family guidance. Dr. Costello’s goal is for each patient to become as reasonably joyful and functional as their individual strengths will allow them to be.
